Buzz Bags - the lowdown!
BuzzBags™ are an initiative of Fix My Business to introduce a new networking concept into Australia. A similar program overseas has some 7000 members so it would be fantastic to see Australian Online Businesses build up this type of network.
BuzzBags™ are designed to create a "buzz" about the wonderful array of online businesses we have here in Australia.
The concept is simple - members decide which members and businesses, from our member directory, that they wish to send their promotional material to. You then send as many promotional items as you wish to whichever members you have chosen. Once received, the member then collates a selection of items and creates a "showbag (Buzz Bag)". Each of these bags is then sent to customers with each order, or handed out at promotional events - the list is endless really as to where you can use these bags but you CANNOT sell them.
As our members are from all reaches of the country this could mean that a business in Tasmania suddenly has its name in front of potential customers in Broome without the need for costly advertising.
Items you can send can be anything from pens and normal promo items to business specific items such as tax tips from an Accountant or sewing patterns from a fabric store. The range is only limited by your imagination. We will continue to update this site with ideas and tips along the way.

What a fantastic idea. I purchased a top from the very friendly Kelly @ Nuvomaternity and as well as my top arriving overnight, some great freebie earrings, flyers and a tea bag arrived in a buzz bag with my order.
